Roxane Jacob

Roxane Jacob is a PhD student in the COMP3D group. She is part of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for Molecular Informatics in Biosciences. She holds an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Freiburg i. Breisgau, and studied Computational Science at the University of Vienna. Her interests include Xenobiotic Metabolism and Predictive Machine Learning Methods for Cheminformatics, especially Graph Neural Networks.
