Roxane Jacob

Roxane is currently a PhD student in the COMP3D group. She is part of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for Molecular Informatics in Biosciences. She holds an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Freiburg i. Breisgau, and an M.Sc. in Computational Science from the University of Vienna. Her interests include geometric deep learning, uncertainty quantification, and generative modeling, as well as the development of robust chemical data curation pipelines and QSAR models.
